1. How to order

There are some ways to make and order.

1. To make order use the shopping cart button - press it to add an item into shopping basket to make order list. Be sure that your browser can accept cookies.

2. If on some reason you can not use shopping cart (for instance, your browser does not support or does not accept cookies) use good old e-mail service write me an e-mail message using address order@russian-crafts.com . Please send information what things you need (ID number), amount of things and your postal address.

3. As well you can use the form below to send your order. Fill all fields and in the Message field supply us with information what things you need (ID number), amount of things and your postal address.

Withing 1 working day all orderes are processed and we send a confirmation letter of availability of goods and necessary payment information.

2. Return and Refund policy

If you find some faults in goods that you received or you feel that received not what you expected you can return items back within two weeks. You may get other things (the same or similar at your choice) or get your payment back. In any case you have to send us via e-mail to the address order@russian-crafts.com a request with your wish to return goods.

If you want to exchange goods you have to inform us about it by e-mail and to reserved desired things. Then you need return received items by regular mail at your expenses . As soon as we receive that goods back we will send you reserved items.

In case when you want to get money back you have to send goods back at your expenses and then we will initiate the procedure of money return. It may take up to 1 month, this is regular time range of such procedure.

3. Privacy

The Russian Crafts respects the privacy rights of those who visit our web site. This notice explains our privacy policies and provides notices required by Government Code Section 11015.5.

The Russian Crafts does not use cookies or other devices or databases in order to collect personal information about Internet users. Some parts of our site (shopping cart software) may use cookies to provide secure and reliable way of forming of order list and to offer faster responses or help. Like most Internet sites, we do keep standard log records to improve our site, to provide better information in the future and to be sure we are using resources wisely. These logs may include the user's IP address or system domain name, computer type, browser version, date and time of the visit, names of files requested and the referring page. Our logs do not record anyone's Internet user name or email address. In order to respond to user requests, we may ask users for email or postal addresses or other information. Providing this information is entirely voluntary.

We also have a responsibility to protect the computing resources of the Russian Crafts. If we believe someone is trying to break into, has broken into or has otherwise abused our computers over the Internet, we can use the information in our logs to try to find those who are responsible.
