1.5 litr bread kvass
4 hard-cooked eggs,
10 oz (300 gm) boiled beef
several green onions
2-3 radishes
2 fresh cucumbers
3 boiled potatoes
1-2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp sugar
mustard
salt

Grind the egg-yolk together with the sour cream, mustard, salt
and sugar, dilute in cold kvass,
add small cubes of the fresh cucumbers, radishes, boiled beef, minced
egg-whites, boiled potatoes, chopped green onions.
